Wedding cake cookies

Wedding cake cookies. They are sugar cookies covered with rolled buttercream. The pearls are edible and the flowers are fondant.

  2. what is rolled butter cream? Is it like fondant?

  3. Rolled buttercream has the texture of fondant but tastes like buttercream. It dries enough that the cookies can be stacked. It is good for small items like cookies, but it is too soft to try to cover a whole cake.
